GmailBuy.Org ("GmailBuy", "we", "us") sells verified digital accounts — Gmail, Twitter/X, Discord, EDU, and related account types. This policy explains what we collect when you place an order, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

1. Information we collect

When you order or contact support, we may collect your email address, billing name, order details (account type, quantity, delivery destination), payment confirmation from our payment processor, and any messages you send support. Card numbers are handled entirely by the payment processor — we never see or store full card data. If a listing requires a recovery email or phone for delivery, we collect only what that specific order needs.

2. How we use it

• Process payment and deliver the account(s) you purchased.
• Send order confirmations, delivery emails, and support replies.
• Review orders for fraud, chargebacks, and duplicate-payment issues.
• Keep basic technical logs (IP, browser) to keep checkout and login working and to investigate abuse.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share information only with the vendors that keep the store running — payment processors, hosting and email delivery providers, and, if you choose live chat, our chat provider — each under a contract limiting how they can use it.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for checkout, login sessions, and basic security. If analytics or affiliate tracking cookies are enabled on the site, they help us see which pages and offers are working; you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time, though checkout may not function without the essential ones.

5. Data retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as bookkeeping, tax, and dispute-handling obligations require, then delete or anonymize them. Support conversations are kept long enough to handle follow-up questions about the same order.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it for anything beyond fulfilling an existing order. Message our Contact page and mention "Privacy" — we'll confirm your identity against the order before making changes.

7. Age requirement

Our services are for buyers 18 or older, or with guardian consent where local law allows it. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and we'll delete any account information found to belong to a minor buyer once identified.
